Alusol ABF 47 is especially designed for machining of aluminium alloys, but It can also be used for machining of low-medium alloyed steels and yellow metals.
Its lubrication package is designed to enhance tool life and improve surface finish on aluminiums.
Alusol ABF 47 is boron, amine, chlorine and formaldehyde releasing agent free.
Mineral oil content: 49 %
Recommended concentrations:
Grinding: 4 - 5 %
Milling, turning and drilling: 5 - 7 %
Reaming, tapping and broaching: 6 - 10 %
Using at 4% concentration or above, Alusol ABF 47 provides reliable corrosion protection for the parts and machine components.
Refractometer factor: 1.0
Water hardness compatibility: 150 - 700 ppm CaCO₃ (8 - 40 °dH)
