Forming Oils
Iloform CFX 300 is a high viscosity neat forming oil. It is based on a novel high performance, extreme pressure and lubricity additive package that provides excellent performance without the use of chlorinated additives.
Superior adhesion and wetting performance to provide a homogenous lubricating film which delivers high parts quality with reduced surface roughness.
It can be removed by using alkaline process cleaners.
Iloform CFX 300 is particularly recommended for use in heavy duty deep drawing operations on high alloy steel and stainless steel up to 8 mm metal sheet thickness.
This product is also well suited for a wide variety of other forming applications, including demanding bar and tube drawing processes. However, it is not recommended for use on yellow metals.
