Iloform BWN 205 is Castrol's highest viscosity, chlorinated, heavy duty drawing oil. High viscosity provides homogenous and tenacious lubricating film. Maintains excellent performance in high throughput, or multi stage operations. It ensures consistent, high surface quality.
Iloform BWN 205 is specially formulated for use in heavy duty deep drawing, bar and rod drawing where extreme performance is required.
It is suitable for use on medium to heavy gauge steels, alloy steels and aluminium alloys.
Despite of its film strength, Iloform BWN 205 can be cleaned using solvent or mild alkaline cleaners.

Chlorine content: 42 %
Viscosity at 40 °C: 600 mm2/sec
Viscosity at 100 °C: 26 mm2/sec
Density at 20 °C: 1169 kg/m3
Flash point, closed cup: 216 °C
