Alusol XT FF is especially designed for machining of aluminium alloys, but it can also be used for machining of low-medium alloyed steels and yellow metals.
Alusol XT FF is suitable for all type of chipping, like milling, turning, drilling and reaming. However, it is not recommended for grinding.
This product is free from formaldehyde releasing biocides.
Mineral oil content: 50 %
Recommended concentrations:
General machining: 7 - 10 %
Drilling: 7 - 10 %
Reaming, tapping: 8 - 14 %
Using at 5% concentration or above, Alusol XT FF provides reliable corrosion protection for the parts and machine components.
Refractometer factor: 1.0
Water hardness compatibility: 50 - 400 ppm CaCO₃ (3 - 20 °dH)
