Alusol RAL BF is a high performance soluble metalworking fluid which is boron free.
This product is especially designed for machining of aluminium alloys, but it can also be used for machining of ferrous alloys.
Mineral oil content: 44 wt%
pH value at 6 %: 9.0
Recommended concentrations:
General machining: 6 - 7 %
Drilling: 6 - 7 %
Reaming and tapping: 8 - 10 %
Broaching: 8 - 10 %
By 6 % concentration or more, Alusol RAL BF shows reliable bio stability and corrosion protection for the machines.
